We are delighted to announce that the BCFA are partnering with Café 1001 for provision of refreshments and bar services. The bar construction and seating will be provided by BCFA members Global Upholstery.

THE BAR

The Bar will be located next to the Creative Hub area and will be open as a cash bar from 1.30PM – 5PM (WITH FREE DRINKS FROM 5PM – 6:30PM) on Tuesday 28th and from 1.30PM – 4:30PM on Wednesday 29th. Visitors will also be able to redeem their beer mats for a free drinks anytime during these hours.

We are really excited to announce BCFA member Global Upholstery are designing and creating a handcrafted bar using a special wood bending technique called “The Living Hinge”, with a bespoke seating area using the same technique.

Global Upholstery is a part of the Stannah Group, Global is a business with a strong, 30-year history in upholstered products for a wide range of customers; Stairlifts, Arenas, Schools, Cinemas and Theatres to name a few. We have a highly skilled and experienced team that is flourishing with the support of being part of a larger group.

Also, BCFA Member Malone Fabrics, will be supplying the fabric for these wonderful designs – So, a big thank you to them as well!

THE CAFE/ REFRESHMENTS

The onsite café will be located by the entrance to the first floor courtyard and will be OPEN 10AM – 6PM on both days for exhibitors and visitors (during the exhibition hours). Weather permitting refreshments can be taken outside to the courtyard seating area.cafe 1001About Café 1001

Café 1001 is a combined café and club, intrinsic to the Brick Lane area and a focal point for most.

Fresh Food – They are proud to serve food that we make from scratch on the premises.
Our Location – Situated on Dray Walk, at the heart of The Old Truman Brewery Arts & Media hub of Shoreditch, where both locals and tourists flock to on the weekends.
