Colour of the month: Aged Bronze by Brintons

Congratulations to Brintons for being awarded Colour Hive Colour of the Month.

Colour Hive selected Aged Bronze from Brintons’ Mazij Collection, a collection of designs which have been inspired by the unique blend of art, culture, landscape and geography of the Middle East.  Inspired by the word Mazij, which is an Arabic word for melange; a collection of various things.

Regarding their selection Colour Hive explain:

‘In our trend Ripe we note that the decadent darker shade of aged bronze is a perfect fit for luxurious textiles and modern interpretations of traditional brocades, a trend that has been picked up by Brintons for its Mazij collection. The carpets are targeted at contemporary hotels and leisure projects in the Middle East where rich and intricate patterns work particularly well. As we can see here the aged bronze works particularly well with lighter shades of yellow , grey and a deeper chocolate colour, all part of the Ripe palette too. And, as required by the contract industry, this palette and in particular the aged bronze, is designed to stand the test of time, enhancing the feeling of comfort and luxury at the core of our trend Ripe and looking better and better with age.’
