Amtico introduces the latest evolution of Spacia LVT for commercial interiors
British flooring manufacturer Amtico has introduced the latest evolution of its Spacia luxury vinyl tile (LVT) collection. Shaped by today’s specification priorities, the flooring collection focuses on versatility, material character, and clearer decision-making for designers, architects, and specifiers working across a wide range of sectors.

For over 60 years, Amtico has been a pioneer in luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, combining design, innovation and manufacturing expertise from its UK headquarters in Coventry. Its diverse commercial collections are trusted by designers, architects and specifiers worldwide across the hospitality, marine, workplace, healthcare and residential sectors.
Since Spacia first launched 21 years ago, the way commercial spaces are designed and used has changed significantly. Rather than relying on fixed palettes, designers are increasingly influenced by cross-sector trends and the need for spaces that are adaptable, hard-working and straightforward to specify. In response, Amtico’s design team has reviewed Spacia through the lens of how interiors are being shaped today – from build-to-rent and workplace to hospitality and leisure.

Woods now take a more prominent role within the Spacia LVT collection, reflecting the ongoing preference for warm, natural interiors. The evolved range includes softer Scandinavian-inspired tones, smooth natural oaks with subtle tonal movement, more expressive oaks where grain and knots add character, gently weathered finishes and richer, darker woods influenced by mid-century and heritage interiors. Across the collection, the emphasis is on texture, movement and subtle variation – qualities that allow floors to work across multiple settings without dominating a scheme. Parquet designs have also been expanded with every Wood now available in parquet – bringing the total to 140.

Spacia Stones bring together timeless natural references with contemporary direction. Classic stones and softly textured finishes provide familiar, versatile foundations, while embedded concrete designs and a refreshed terrazzo offering create opportunities for zoning and visual interest in larger commercial spaces. The updated collection also reintroduces classic marble tones, offering a familiar black-and-white aesthetic without moving into higher design tiers.
Discussing the motivation behind the latest Spacia launch, Karen Quarterman-Crisford, Design Manager at Amtico, said:
“When we stepped back and looked at how Spacia was being specified, the conversation wasn’t really about trends – it was about longevity, versatility and making good decisions quickly. We wanted to create a collection that feels considered, not complicated, with enough variety and character to work across very different types of commercial spaces. The evolution of Spacia reflects how designers are working now.”

Designed for demanding commercial environments, Spacia LVT features a 0.55 mm wear layer and is backed by a 10-year commercial warranty. The collection can also be specified with optional enhancements including Acoustic backing, Spacia Safety for enhanced slip resistance, and Amtico Bio, which uses bio-attributed PVC. Spacia offers a beautifully simple solution that balances design intent with long-term performance across a wide range of commercial sectors. Spacia is designed to work – whatever the sector.
Stocked in the UK and ready to deliver, the Spacia collection supports fast-moving projects where easy-to-specify floors, availability and long-term performance matter.
