From Seasonal Hues to Decorative Workshops: Lincrusta Inspires at Focus/25

During Focus/25 at Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, Lincrusta hosted two inspiring events that showcased the versatility of this unique wallcovering and its synergy with other leading British brands.
Little Greene x Lincrusta: Textured Walls in Seasonal Hues
For Autumn 2025, the Little Greene Paint Company sponsored Lincrusta’s dramatic Colour Wall, which was updated in a palette of seasonal hues. As a paintable wallcovering, Lincrusta proved once again to be a fantastic way of adding texture and architectural detail to interiors, brought to life through colour.
There are wonderful synergies between these two great British brands, both manufactured in the UK with strong eco-friendly credentials.
Simon Hutchinson, colourist at Little Greene, delivered a fascinating insight into combining (or clashing) colours, exploring why certain hues work together and how pigment undertones affect our perception of colour. His message was ultimately one of encouragement: trust yourself and do what you love.
Decorative Paint Workshop with Lincrusta
The following day, visitors to the Lincrusta showroom were invited to roll up their sleeves in a decorative paint workshop. Guests were given the opportunity to paint their own samples—an engaging way to get better acquainted with Lincrusta’s unique surface and the endless decorating possibilities it offers for bespoke interiors.
Led by Lincrusta’s own Euan Stewart, the session encouraged hands-on creativity and inspired fresh thinking about how this wallcovering can transform a project. The event was beautifully supported by Guild Lane Paints, whose colours complemented the artistry of Lincrusta’s embossed designs.
Focus/25 on Design: A Triumph
Focus/25 was an absolute triumph, kicking off the new season with energy and inspiration. Thousands of visitors joined to celebrate the UK’s leading design show, where we enjoyed incredible new collection launches, insightful tours, thought-provoking conversations, masterclasses, and creative workshops across 135+ showrooms.
