Ultrafabrics Expands Colour Horizons Across Three Signature Collections

The brand has unveiled a colour refresh across three beloved collections—Pearlized, Volar Bio and Tottori—each offering new palettes inspired by light, landscape and global design. These launches represent not only an expansion of colour but also a deepening of Ultrafabrics’ ongoing commitment to responsible innovation and lasting luxury.
Pearlized introduces nine soft, luminous new hues that capture the fleeting glow of dawn. Lavender, mint green and blush pink infuse this elegant classic with a playful, contemporary edge. The collection’s signature soft grain and subtle sheen are paired with industry-leading performance features such as bleach cleanability, long-term durability and a refined feel suitable for everything from hospitality to healthcare.
Volar Bio, first launched in 2019 as a pioneering sustainable material, now expands to 22 sophisticated colours, with new additions inspired by the grounding beauty of the natural world. More than just a biobased fabric, Volar Bio is a collection rooted in transparency, performance and a commitment to better materials. It is made with 66% lower-impact materials, including recycled, FSC/PEFC-certified and biobased resources. The new palette draws from mineral tones, rich earthy shades and soft pigments, offering designers a calming, connected aesthetic that bridges modern interiors with organic elements.
Tottori, known for its ultra-soft touch and leather-like grain, grows to 29 colours, including 10 new hues influenced by Japandi design. The collection reflects the harmony of two distinct philosophies: the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi, which finds beauty in simplicity and imperfection, and the Scandinavian idea of hygge, which values comfort and calm. These inspirations give the palette a sense of serenity and timelessness, ideal for creating inviting, restorative spaces.
Across all three collections, Ultrafabrics maintains a unified standard of environmental responsibility. Each fabric is made with at least 50% rapidly renewable or recycled content, including FSC®/PEFC™-certified recycled polyester and biobased ingredients. All materials are REACH compliant; free from PFAS, PVC, plasticisers and formaldehyde; and certified to SCS Indoor Advantage Gold standards for low VOC emissions. Every metre is engineered for longevity, offering a sustainable alternative that does not sacrifice design or performance for commercial spaces.
