Inside Out Contracts: The Fifth Floor Bar at Harvey Nichols, London
Internationally renowned super-premium vodka Grey Goose has teamed up with Harvey Nichols to revamp one of London’s most iconic bars on the Fifth Floor of the luxury retailer’s flagship store in Knightsbridge. The Fifth Floor Bar at Harvey Nichols in partnership with Grey Goose has been completely re-designed into an elegant new contemporary bar.
The new interiors play on the heritage of the Fifth Floor Bar, whilst drawing inspiration from classic French luxury, with leather, brass, marble and dark wood employed to give the bar an elegant feel. The upholstery is subtly coloured in lighter shades of white and grey amidst splashes of red and blue that nod to GREY GOOSE’s French provenance.
Following naturally geometric forms, the eye is drawn to a central lone 3D goose at the heart of the bar perched beneath a mirrored acrylic ceiling disc. Cosy, plush blue leather banquettes and private booths allow for intimate meets to take place with views stretching over Knightsbridge and beyond, while high-backed stools at the bar offer guests a more lively drinking experience.
The Columbia armchairs and Lahti wing back chairs upholstered in high-quality soft touch wool are teamed with antique gold Ice cube tables and marble tops for a sensationally glamorous feel.
