Paul Jones
General Manager, Morgan

Paul Jones is a commercially orientated General Manager with over twenty years’ industrial experience. He has worked over a decade as General Manager and Operations Manager with a UK sector leading manufacturer driving the business in the adoption of an award-winning lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) programme. Possessing a wealth of experience in Operational Excellence practices assimilated from working within a wide range of sectors; notably as a Lean Six Sigma Senior Advisor within the UK Government manufacturing excellence programme and latterly with Grant Thornton LLP.

Gavin Thatcher
Director of UK Operations at Camira and Managing Director of Holmfirth Dyers, Camira

With over 30 years’ experience in the textile industry, Gavin Thatcher, Director of UK Operations at Camira and Managing Director of Holmfirth Dyers, has a wealth of knowledge on the creation of textiles, managing the production of nearly 9 million metres of fabric each year. With a position as Chair of the board of the Society of Dyers and Colourists, his expertise extends into the science of colour, and he is an esteemed speaker in this arena.

John Richardson
Production Director, EE Smith Contracts

With the company since 1986, John has worked extensively through the factory, from apprentice to bench joiner, foreman to production manager, before finally taking on the role as production Director in 2008. This varied & substantial experience enables John to lead the workshop with an in-depth understanding of each & every job role throughout our bespoke manufacturing process.
