The Ultimate Resort: All Inclusive Redefined

Thursday 17th November 14:30 – 15:15

In line with Accor’s redefinition of ‘all-inclusive’ hospitality, Conran & Partners were tasked with researching and designing a masterplan for the ultimate resort project; based on research into the behaviours, values, habits and desires set to drive the next generation of guests, this session, hosted by Design Insider Editor Alys Bryan, will outline the results and share a blueprint for the future of resort hotel experiences.

Attendees will leave with:

  • An overview of Tina and Federico’s research and the findings that emerged.
  • An understanding of the changes in audience and guest demographic for all-inclusive hospitality settings.
  • Details of how all-inclusive can cater for everyone.
  • Examples of the tangible design and structural alterations that resorts of the future will adopt.
