The Contract Chair Co. – Quaglinos Restaurant

Contract Chair Co.  were thrilled to hear that Quaglino’s was about to be refurbished and we were going to be part of this exciting project. Founded in 1929 by Giorgio Quaglino the restaurant has always boasted with success and recognition as a high-profile establishment in the middle of Mayfair. Quaglino’s is yet another iconic London restaurant, which opted for furniture from The Contract Chair Company after the refurbishment.

The refurbishment  initiated by D&D London, current owners of the restaurant, was masterminded by Russel Sage Studios, leading hospitality interiors agency and a Contract Chair Co. long-standing partner.

Art Deco style and signature sweeping staircase have of course been kept relating to the era when the restaurant was originally founded. Contract Chair Co. have supplied over 70% of chairs to this 240 cover restaurant, including the elegant Ester Side Chairs with brushed bronze legs as well as Denton Lounge Chair with distinctive burnt red colour upholstery.
