Hansgrohe’s debut at the Independent Hotel Show

This October, Hansgrohe is proud to be exhibiting at the Independent Hotel Show (IHS), as part of our ongoing commitment to the hospitality sector.

“Hotel bathrooms are seeing, and will continue to see, a transformation from a purely functional room to an oasis of relaxation.” Antonio Citterio

With the ever increasing expectations of hotel guests and the demands of the market proving to be more and more challenging for the hospitality sector, it is even more important to focus on providing the ultimate guest experience, whilst ensuring a stable bottom line. Every detail is key, whether you are looking for a special finish i.e. polished or brushed black chrome or a product that is beautifully designed and highly efficient and sustainable – with Hansgrohe there is no compromise.

Soak up the shows creative output with a special focus this year on bathroom design. No longer viewed as the smallest room in the house, leading independent hoteliers are creating bathrooms that are a haven of luxury and design and scream of opulence. The shows seminar ‘Rewriting the Rules of Bathroom Design’, taking place on 22 October, will explore the exciting developments in hotel bathroom design to create the ‘wow’ factor for guests and turn a bathroom into a hotel’s USP.

Hear first-hand advice and products news form Georgina Pearman, owner of design lead hotel group, The Lucky Onion, Michael Kiolbassa, head of communications at Axor from leading supplier Hansgrohe and Mark Sait, managing director of SaveMoneyCutCarbon.

Leading kitchen and bathroom journalist and blogger, Grahame Morrison, will be on hand to give his views on what tomorrow’s consumers will expect from future hotel bathroom design, and how hoteliers can exceed their expectations.

Commenting on the allure of eye-catching, impression defining hotel and bathroom design, Vanessa Brady OBE, president of the Society of British and International Design and fifth panellist on the ‘Rewriting the Rules of Bathroom Design’ seminar says;

“Considered and creative design offers a unique way for hoteliers to convey the personality of their hotel, something that cannot be easily replicated elsewhere. Hotel designers are in an unrivalled position to push the boundaries in their work, tapping into and reflecting guests desire to ‘escape from it all’ where guests have time to languish for leisure or business users who take speedy but technologically advanced showers. With a wealth of great talent on hand, UK independent hoteliers are leading the way with innovative, thought provoking design that is capturing the imagination of guests worldwide.”
