Amtico Colour Anchor makes a splash

Leading flooring manufacturer and BCFA member Amtico has launched Colour Anchor – a stunning new palette of carpet tiles that provides designers and specifiers with a wider range of possibilities for commercial interiors. Consisting of 15 different shades, from neutrals to brights, the versatile tiles are the perfect accompaniment to Amtico’s existing carpet collection, while offering more playful and adventurous design possibilities.

The use of coloured carpet tiles in extensive commercial environments, such as offices, schools and retail outlets, aids the designation of zones.

By introducing new bold single colours, such as ‘Poppy’, ‘Meadow’ or ‘Abuzz’, designers can add contrasting accents to a scheme, or alternatively blend stronger shades with neutral tones to deliver a visually inspiring space.

Colour Anchor tiles have been carefully curated by Amtico to coordinate seamlessly with its existing Carpet and LVT (luxury vinyl tile) collections. The new tiles are supplied in a single square size of 24” x 24”, making them perfect for a ‘Brick’ layout and creative tonal combinations. Or, when laid as a single colourway, the new Colour Anchor carpet tiles can provide a visually seamless flooring over extensive areas, softened by a subtle textured pattern.

The new range benefits from the same performance attributes as Amtico Carpet, including high resistance to wear, easy maintenance and excellent thermal resistance – perfect for underfloor heating systems. In addition, the new carpet tiles are fade resistant and feature XGUARD stain protection. All tiles are supplied with a 10-year commercial warranty as standard.

Amtico Colour Anchor carpet is also sustainably produced, having received a variety of accreditations including M1 low emissions building material, BREEAM and LEED.
