Clerkenwell Design Week 2026: A Preview
Clerkenwell Design Week is one of those moments in the calendar that the industry instinctively moves towards. Not just for what’s being launched, but for the energy it creates across EC1. Streets fill, showrooms open their doors, and conversations unfold in every corner, from early morning coffees to late evening events.
This year marks the festival’s 15th anniversary, a milestone that reflects both its longevity and its continued relevance. Over three days, Clerkenwell becomes a meeting point for designers, architects, brands and makers, each bringing their own perspective on where commercial interiors are heading next.

At Design Insider, our role is to curate what matters. This preview brings together product and event highlights from our accredited members, alongside the installations, ideas and moments we’re most looking forward to experiencing throughout the week.

It’s not intended to be exhaustive. Clerkenwell is best explored with a degree of spontaneity. But within this preview, you’ll find a considered starting point, a guide to what’s new, what’s worth seeing, and what’s shaping the conversation this year.

Because if Clerkenwell Design Week does one thing particularly well, it’s this, it brings people together. And in doing so, it reminds us that design doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens through the exchanges, encounters and shared experiences that take place in between.
