Luxury Fabric Specialist Kobe tell us their Trend Predictions

David Harris, MD of Kobe UK, takes a look at transforming interiors from boring to breath-taking with some of the latest fabrics and trends for the coming season.

For designers who like to explore their creative boundaries, new 100% natural, curtain and upholstery fabrics, suitable for both domestic and contract use, in vibrant colours and designs are ready to take-off for 2017.

Latest trends include collections where each fabric has an individual identity. This season’s lavish mix of innovative textiles will feature sumptuous velvet, woven jacquard, cool cotton and soft satin appearance.  A palette of rich deep and softly nostalgic tones will complement geometric, floral, paisley and botanical patterns.

To kick-start the new year, Kobe has put together its Boutique collection of soft furnishings fabrics where vivid colours and unique creations are the highlights of this exclusive range. Together with Enchanted, a stunning collection of luxurious 100% flame retardant fabrics, perfect for contract window décor.
