Product Watch: 3 New Collections by Newmor

Newmor have launched three new collections for Sleep 2015, each inspired by key hospitality trends: Tailor Made, Coastal Spirit and Wonder Tale.

TAILOR MADE:

Lyon and Lyon Stripe

This handsome city stripe and its accompanying coordinate texture are Newmor favourites. Compelling colour combinations and metallics have been injected into this timeless vertical silk design. The 15cm stripe is dramatic in its scale, but not so wide as to be impractical.

Lyon Stripe

Suzanne Edwards, Newmor Design Manager describes the development, ‘Lyon is a statement stripe. The new palette includes our bestselling neutrals alongside key accent colours, and can be recoloured to fit your scheme. Smart and sleek, Lyon is modern classic.’

COASTAL SPIRIT:

Shoreline

Developed in conjunction with Devon & London based Designer Janine Powell, of Hampton Design Studio. Inspired by the breathtaking seascape of Saunton Sands in North Devon, this contemporary colour palette uses soft tones which work harmoniously in modern interior design schemes.

Janine explains ‘The meeting of land and sea offers an ever changing palette with no two moments the same, it’s a very creative place to be. I like to try and bring a touch of the coastal spirit into a lot of my design work. It was a natural extension to design a wallcovering range to imbue a sense of the sea.’

WONDER TALE:

Tranquility

Inspired by Wonder Tale, the trend for Sleep 2015, Tranquility captures the magic of a fairytale forest. The subtle bark texture in the darkest of grey, brown and inky midnight blue contrasts with the pale golds lighting up moss, lichen and stone. Burnt orange and reds add the intensity of autumn, while soft, shimmering greys create a silver lining.

Eleanor Cardwell, Newmor Marketing & PR Manager explains, ‘this palette has been inspired by the theme Wonder Tale. Intense colour is counterbalanced with subtle hues creating drama and order to our colour story.’
