Amtico Projects: Oktra, Clerkenwell London
When award-winning office design company Oktra moved to its new HQ in London, Amtico’s Signature and Spacia LVT collections were chosen to create talking points in the multifunctional office meets showroom space.

The new office has dual-functionality at its heart, with spaces created as an anchor point to showcase the finest products to clients and visitors, allowing them to look, feel, test and experience the quality of the products Oktra can provide.
Amtico produced a completely bespoke floor design, covering 36 square metres, using products from the Signature collection. The office walkways, across both the ground and first floors, are adorned with Stellar Smoke from the Spacia collection; the fluid design guides visitors between points of interest to assist wayfinding and movement.
The tea point area features a bespoke design with durability in mind. Shards of Amtico Signature in Onyx Marble, Jura Yellow, Encaustic Jasper, Stucco Indigo and Stria Rock come together for a dynamic and fun design to inspire visitors and show the possibilities of custom LVT flooring.
Claire Elliott, Group Technical Design Director at Oktra, sought a contrast to the dark flooring surrounding the tea point, and an area of attraction for showroom tours. The space works against the building envelope in an energetic way and demonstrates Amtico’s advanced cutting capabilities.
Amtico Signature is a unique palette of colours and shapes to create inspiring flooring design. This sophisticated collection combines original palettes, distinctive patterns and stunning details. The design-led, high-performance LVT products have a total thickness of 2.5mm and a 1mm wear layer. Signature Products also carry a 20-year warranty.
Amtico Spacia – creative expression, straightforward solution. Designer flooring focused into a hardworking, streamlined collection, Spacia is the answer to the many complex needs of commercial projects. Spacia products boast a 0.55mm wear layer and carry a 10-year warranty.
