Aquarius Interiors: Reporting record growth across global commercial interiors

Design Insider spoke with Warren Offer, Founder of Aquarius Interiors, about the company’s strongest year to date, the continued growth of its commercial division, and how investment in infrastructure, in-house manufacturing, and international project delivery is supporting the business’s next phase of expansion.

Aquarius Interiors is an independent, family-run company that designs, manufactures, and installs high-performance curtains and blinds for complex environments.

Aquarius Interiors has described 2025 as its strongest year to date. Can you begin by outlining what has driven that growth and why this has been such a landmark year for the business?

2025 has been our strongest year to date, driven by significant growth in our commercial division and continued expansion into international markets.

Since founding Aquarius Interiors in 2014 with my wife Pam, we have evolved from a home-based start-up into a multi-site operation delivering large-scale interior solutions across the marine, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

In 2025, we achieved a record number of projects, expanded our workforce, and relocated to a larger facility at Pilot Business Park in Coventry to support increased production capacity. We also marked five years of our flagship retail showroom in Kenilworth, which continues to complement our commercial offering.

Marine interiors appear to have been a major driver of growth for the business. How has Aquarius Interiors built its presence within the global cruise sector, and what has that journey looked like over time?

A key driver of our growth has been our work within the global cruise industry. After securing our first contract on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas, we have gone on to build a strong reputation for delivering high-quality soft furnishing solutions across international fleets.

Over the past 12 months alone, we have delivered projects on more than 30 vessels worldwide, with installations spanning regions including Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia.

Recent projects have included the manufacture and installation of over 600 curtains and sheers and more than 100 blinds on board the Celebrity Solstice in Singapore in February this year, as well as large-scale fit-outs across suites, cabins, and public spaces on multiple cruise ships.

What does Aquarius Interiors’ delivery model look like today, and how important has in-house manufacturing been in helping the business compete on complex international projects?

We now operate a vertically integrated model, with in-house manufacturing enabling our products to be produced in the UK and delivered globally as fully prepared installation packages. That approach has strengthened our competitiveness in the marine interiors sector.

Alongside your international marine work, Aquarius Interiors has continued to strengthen its commercial portfolio in the UK. How is that side of the business developing, particularly within hospitality?

Alongside our marine work, we continue to grow our presence in the UK hospitality sector. Recent projects have included installations at the Holiday Inn in Kenilworth and Brownsover Hall Hotel in Rugby, further demonstrating our capability across hotels and leisure environments.

We specialise in bespoke window treatments, including curtains, blinds, and soft furnishings, tailored to meet the functional and aesthetic demands of high-traffic commercial environments.

You have also invested in larger premises and enhanced production facilities. What was behind that decision, and how will the move to Pilot Business Park support the next stage of growth?

To support increasing demand, we have invested in larger premises and enhanced production facilities. Our move to Pilot Business Park enables us to scale manufacturing operations, improve logistics, and support simultaneous multi-site project delivery.

This growth builds on our earlier expansions, including the development of our Baginton showroom and workshop, followed by a dedicated head office and storage facility, reflecting a consistent strategy of reinvestment and capacity building.

Aquarius Interiors continues to operate across both commercial and residential markets. How does that balanced business model support long-term growth and strengthen the wider business?

While commercial work continues to drive revenue, we maintain a dual focus through our retail showroom, which provides design-led interior solutions to residential clients. This balanced model allows us to leverage our design expertise across both domestic and commercial markets.

Looking ahead, with a strong pipeline in marine and continued opportunities in hospitality, how do you see Aquarius Interiors building on this momentum in 2026?

With a strong pipeline of international marine projects and continued opportunities in the UK hospitality sector, we are well-positioned for further growth in 2026.

As I said recently, “This has been a landmark year for the business. Our commercial division, particularly in the marine sector, has grown significantly, and our investment in facilities means we are now set up to deliver even larger projects globally.”
