Sekers are excited to be exhibiting at HIX 2021 as the exclusive UK brand partner of FR-One. FR-One is the industry leader in Inherently Fire-Retardant furnishing fabrics, offering maximum safety by providing a wide range of self-extinguishing multi-use drapery, bedding and accessory fabrics which meet all necessary UK and Marine (both IMO and MED Module E Certification) Standards, making FR-One a great choice for all hospitality projects.
With their strong interest in the requirements of our consumers and our environment, FR-One have set out to re-use, recycle and ultimately RE-Invent their own ranges. As a result, the latest FR-One RE-Invent Range features six new collections, among these FR-One showcases three new fabric constructions, manufactured from recycled polyester and fully certified and compliant with the Global Recycling Standard (GRS). This concise range includes timeless and proven best-sellers that have been thoughtfully reinvented for today’s consumer to encourage appreciation of the value of quality and proven products. The pandemic has heightened the importance of health and wellbeing, forcing the hospitality industry to innovate at a faster pace with a particular focus on hygiene and sustainability to ease guest’s concerns.
To combat safety and sustainability worries, our FR-One fabrics are proven to be environmentally safe and not harmful to human health, meeting the most stringent Oeko-tex environmental standards relating to production, sustainability and ecology. We can also guarantee that our FR-One fabrics meet the most demanding fire standards in order to keep hotels and their guests safe.
As FR-One’s first 100% recycled fabric, certified by the Global Recycling Standard, RE-Vive is a wide width dim out that is best suited to contract drapery applications. Featuring a sumptuous touch and drape with a silky smooth finish, this collection is available in a broad and versatile colour palette.
FR-One’s best-selling ‘Delis’ has been reinvented in a renewed wide width and recycled format suitable for contract drapery applications. Re-Delis is 300cm wide and features a matte, dry and natural look and touch, emulating a beautiful raw linen. Composed of 52% recycled GRS certified polyester, this collection is a brilliant choice for today’s conscientious market.
A trio of wide width textured dim outs in GRS certified recycled polyester, the RE-Store collection features RE-Juvenate, RE-Boot and RE-New, three designs well suited to contract drapery applications. RE-Juvenate features a small basket weave texture subtly combining matte and shiny yarns, RE-Boot is composed of fine multi-coloured yarns delivering an elegant sheen when caught in the light and RE-New has an organic, dry and tactile look and feel, bringing sophistication to any interior.
Sekers are also excited to preview a few of the new collections launching in 2022 including three contract drapery collections Deco, Grandeur and Munro as well as Varna, a dramatic upholstery collection supplied Crib 5 treated.
Drawing inspiration from Miami’s Art Deco historic district, the forthcoming Deco collection is Trevira CS and boasts a wide range of colours across five versatile designs, all suitable for drapery, bedding and accessories as well as a coordinating sheer. From the straight, smooth lines of the Cardozo design to the angular geometrics which have motivated Celino, this bold collection showcases simple, clean shapes that will bring a touch of glamour and flair to any interior.
Seker’s versatile collection, Varna, features two opulent velvet upholsteries; Odessa and Columbia. Odessa is a striking, luxurious tie dye print which is reminiscent of the water’s edge on the shore of the Black Sea. Odessa can be paired with the complementary plain, Columbia. This sumptuous velvet collection is available in a brilliant palette of 30 colours ranging from rich jewel tones to sophisticated neutrals.
