Introducing Akuu: signature, stylized curves define the Akuu collection, a new handwoven seating group designed by Janice Feldman. Available in two versatile JANUSfiber hues, Bronze and Limestone, Akuu’s aluminum frame is finished with proprietary JANUScoat to complement the fiber. Akuu Armchairs and Lounge Chairs are both stackable to four, presenting a unique balance of poise and practicality.
Akuu is a flexible, lightweight solution for high-traffic hospitality and commercial applications as well as active homes. Akuu’s casual, rounded forms pair well with an array of dining, café and occasional tables including the Cone II Dining Table and Capsule Side Table. Akuu collection includes a stackable armchair & stackable lounge chair and the finishes of the products are bronze & limestone.
Moving onto Conic…
Furthermore, the second product, Conic, saves space and budget. Characterized by a simple silhouette, Conic by Janice Feldman is a value-driven group that is ideal for maximizing space. Featuring a sturdy aluminum frame and intricately woven olefin rope, the armchair and lounge chair both stack to four while the ottoman is designed to fit perfectly underneath the lounge chair when not in use.
Available in three neutral finishes—Chassis Silver rope with Chassis Silver frame, Fossil rope with Talc frame, and Shale rope with Graphite frame—Conic pairs beautifully with the Duo and Trig collections as well as other JANUS et Cie café and dining tables.
Well suited for contract and hospitality projects, Conic is just as fitting at an outdoor café or rooftop lounge as it is in a bustling backyard. The conic collection includes Stackable Armchair, Stackable Lounge Chair, and Ottoman. Finishing in Classic Silver, Fossil/Talc, and Shale/Graphite.
