The flooring’s toughened 1mm upper wear layer provides all the resilience and long-lasting properties that Amtico’s Signature collection is known for, while offering enhanced slip resistance for the lifetime of the product. Signature 36+ comprises 24 Woods, 9 Stones, and 3 Abstracts to help architects, designers, and specifiers create truly aspirational spaces that meet safety guidelines.

Signature 36+ Woods range from warm and golden tones, to neutral and dark oaks, including the company’s new Rustic and Treated Grains designs. The Stones palette features tonal grey backdrops with delicate markings through to industrial, skimmed-effect concrete; and Abstract consists of metallic and pewter tones taking inspiration from brushed aluminium and patinated metals.

Designed and manufactured in the UK with the same premium quality and design ethos as all Amtico Signature products, Signature 36+ delivers sustained performance in slip resistance, alongside the endless design possibilities of LVT planks and tiles. By utilising a unique manufacturing technique, slip-resistant particles are distributed throughout the wear layers, ensuring consistent performance without compromising on the aesthetic.

Signature 36+ also contains an active ingredient which has been shown, under blind independent lab tests, to resist the growth of bacteria such as MRSA and E.coli throughout the useable lifetime of the floor – providing added peace of mind for healthcare environments.
The collection of Signature 36+ planks and tiles feature a durable 1.0mm wear layer, Amtico’s patented Quantum Guard protection, and 20-year commercial warranty, reinforcing its ability to withstand heavy traffic areas without compromising on quality.

Louisa Eyles, Commercial Marketing Manager at Amtico, said:

“We’ve developed the collection to meet the increased demand for discrete, yet stylish, safety floors across a wealth of sectors, including healthcare and hospitality. We’re delighted to offer greater design opportunities for commercial environments where safety comes first, and are sure it’ll prove popular with designers and architects alike.”
