The Mytton & Mermaid with Taylor’s Classics
The latest member of the Brunning and Price family! Built originally as a private house on the banks of the River Severn, which may have dated back as early as 1725, the Mytton & Mermaid has now re-opened after an extensive 6-month refurbishment. The project was led by the Brunning & Price and Spatialized interior design team, giving this stunning venue the regeneration and care it so desperately needed.

Set across from Attingham Park National Trust property on the outskirts of Shrewsbury, the building has beautiful patios, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sunshine, a Private Dining Room that seats up to 18 guests and 10 bedrooms to stay overnight.

Taylor’s Classics supplied a range of Antique & Reclaimed furniture to this exciting project, including their sustainable reclaimed dining chairs, that are professionally and sympathetically restored for contract use.

As well as traditional furniture, Taylor’s supplied a selection of Bentwood chairs and handpicked Antique & Reclaimed pieces. The antique and reclaimed pieces are restored and given a new lease of life by their skilled team in their workshop before delivery, to complete the aspired look and feel.
