Gallery: Stockholm Furniture Fair

Stockholm Furniture Fair is an annual event which is complimented by a program of city based Stockholm Design Week Events.

Although this popular event has been running since 1951 this is the first year that I have had the opportunity to attend and I was keen to see if the event was able to meet it’s enormous ambition to showcase the latest innovation, new products, new materials, new knowledge and new trends, as well as new environmental and technological solutions.

Without question my event highlight was the Guest of Honour Lecture by Neri & Hu, where they discussed their overriding ethos or ‘total design’ which they demonstrated through their engaging central installation ‘The Unfolding Village.’
