Design Insider attended Cruise Ship Interiors in Hamburg last week, gathering insight from designers, operators, and suppliers to shape our comprehensive CSI Event Report, publishing today.

Immediately following the event’s Sustainability Summit, we spoke with Mike Lambourn, Design Lead at PriestmanGoode, to reflect on how the cruise sector is progressing its sustainability agenda and where key opportunities remain.

Drawing on PriestmanGoode’s experience across aviation, rail and cruise, Mike noted a growing sense of momentum across the industry, with more stakeholders moving from intention to action. Mike emphasised the importance of early and continuous collaboration, bringing designers, manufacturers and operators into shared conversations from the outset.

Design Insider attended Cruise Ship Interiors in Hamburg last week, gathering insight from designers, operators, and suppliers to shape our comprehensive CSI Event Report, publishing later this week.

As part of our conversations on the show floor, we met with Luma Mirrors and designer Zachary Pulman, who introduced us to three new mirror designs created exclusively for Luma Mirrors and launched at CSI Hamburg.
