MYB Textiles – Galloway Collection ‘Lace Redefined’

Morton Young and Borland Ltd introduce their newest collection

Launching in May 2014, this original series of designs has been years in the making. From vision to technique this collection has pushed the boundaries of lace itself.

Inspired by modernist design and culture and defined by expert technique, MYB looked to challenge the very perception and production of their signature product.

This brand new range of geometric and linear designs embodies contemporary, minimalistic high design.

Influenced by the sharp and straight lines of modern architecture and the refined luxury of pared down interiors, this collection is an entirely original offering from the renowned textile artisans.
In addition to their signature lace offering, this stunning collection also contains heavier sheers. Wool and linen lines have been produced, the perfect drape solution for luxury interior design, and with all fabrics measuring in at 280cm – 300cm wide, this is truly a niche collection.

Representing the tone and moods of its high design influences, the collection is offered in a range of stone‐stricken colours.

Laces are available in Linen, Slate, Charcoal and Navy with complementary shades in the plains also on offer.

MYB have married the bold patterns and presence of contemporary design with the delicate, acute techniques of lace production.

Their new collection transforms the design, production and perception of lace.
