What will be on Astro’s stand at BCFA OPEN Spring Design?
Astro Lighting will be exhibiting at BCFA OPEN SPRING DESIGN next week on stand 15 and they will be showing some of their newest and most innovative products.
So, what can we expect to see on their stand this year?
Geometry meets lights with the Ascoli family
The ASCOLI family combines minimal, clean lines along with basic rules of geometry to create a sense of purity, with it’s function guiding the design. The family features ceiling, wall, desk, floor and track lights to perfectly complement any contemporary interior space. A variety of finishes are available including, white, bronze, matt nickel and polished chrome. 
Jura: Timeless design for all weathers
As part of Astro’s new coastal collection, JURA is available in an antique brass finish and is designed to withstand whatever the weather can throw at it. Available as either a single or twin cylindrical luminaire, Jura will acquire a natural patina over time adding the charm of the material and is offered with a 10 year warranty. With its full jet-proof IP65 rating and ability to withstand life even in salty sea air, Jura combines outstanding durability with Astro’s design ethos of elegant simplicity.
Astro’s original thinking for the bedside: Edge Reader
The Edge Reader elegantly combines ambient lighting, which provides soft, soothing and uniform glow, with the directional functionality of an LED reading light. The minimalist architectural structure enables the light to blend into the room even when not in use. A bedside light that provides the perfect illumination as the evening draws in.
Astro Chairman, John Fearon says;
“The Edge Reader was designed mainly for the hospitality and contract market, because designers are always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and we think this product does just that.”
