Our expert panel will delve in to the topic of Creativity; as a small taster we asked each panellist 4 short questions about what creativity means to them.  Here we enjoy Scott Barwick’s answers:

What inspires your work?
The context and end user of the objects. Also culture, an objects evolution, materials, technology and production play an important role.

Where do you go for inspiration?
Cycling or walking along the seafront or mountains (far view) The kitchen can be inspiring.

When are you most creative?
In the dark, before sleeping. At the window.  After being bored for a while.

What does creativity look like to you?
Energy, movement, progress, constant evolving ideas. It can also have a dreamy nature, nurturing different aspects and then come together for a lucky final meet-up. Creativity is also about making decisions and sometimes being patient to come back later to old thoughts.

How would you answer these questions?  We would love to hear your opinions of creativity in our comments section below or on twitter @DesignInsider1
