Contract Chair Company – Harrods Food Court

The Contract Chair Company have taken on the huge project to provide seating for Harrods,  the worlds most famous luxury department store has recently opened an enormous food court with 550 seats, 28,000 square foot dining space and six areas, each of which serve different cuisine. What’s most amazing is that all of this is exclusively reserved for the 5,000 strong Harrods staff!

Helena Malcolm, senior project manager, told Evening Standard: “Through careful design we have merged five separate rooms with unused, open areas of the roof to create one vast restaurant space that spans the whole of our Brompton Road facade on the sixth floor, from turret to turret.”

The Contract Chair Company  have supplied a selection of more than 350 chairs and stools including: Maverick Side Chair, Doll Side Chair, Round Side Chair and Barstool, Yoko Low Stool and much more matched by a diverse range of table bases and tops.
