Trend Report: London Design Festival

Last month London Design Festival returned for the 16th year, celebrating 10 years at the V&A as the official Festival hub. London was transformed with an inspiring program of Landmark Projects, installations and events throughout the city.

This vast celebration of design allows visitors and Londoners an opportunity to experience, discover, and be inspired by world class design.  It is a platform for the capital’s major tradeshows taking place across London including 100% Design, Decorex International, designjunction, Focus/18 and London Design Fair as well as a network of Design Districts where there are distinct concentrations of design activity and events that can be traversed easily on foot. Each District is organised locally and independently via the platform of London Design Festival.

With the London Design Festival being the focal point of the UK’s design calendar, we decided to create a Trend Report for the show which captures what we felt were the most inspiring ideas. We hope you enjoy!
